Who we looking for
Expert Stylist
Confident in your technique, grounded in your approach, eager to learn and ready to leave hustle culture behind.
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years salon experience
• Strong colour work (especially blondes + correction)
• Great consultation skills
• A love for creative expression
• A calm, collaborative presence
Master Stylist
Wiith a couple of years experience and ready to grow—with the right support.
What you'll bring:
• Foundational skills with a growth mindset
• Strong interest in colour work, extensions and styling
• Clear communication and listening
• Sharp attention to detail
Apprentice
Excited about hair, identity, and colour—and ready to learn everything.
What you need:
• Passion for the craft
• Reliability and good energy
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
