Pre Visit

Appointment Notifications

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive confirmation email and text and 24 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a reminder via email and text.

Appointment Confirmation

To ensure your visit is seamless, we ask for a confirmation 48 hours ahead of your appointment. You can simply confirm your appointment in fresha app , all appointment require a card guarantee( please note we do not charge your card or hold any money ).

Communication

Questions? We love questions. Our preferred method is text or what's app (since blow-dryers tend to be loud!). You’re also welcome to email or call. Our communication hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9a.m.–6 p.m.

Parking

Complimentary Guests Parking available right behind the building as well as 2 hour free street parking right outside the salon between 9-6pm

When you arrive, our Team will warmly welcome you at the front desk, please take a seat at the waiting area or bar area , you will be offered our signature beverages selection , we won't keep you waiting long but feel free to browse our hair care selection -featuring our infuse My.colour line along with other leading hair and lifestyle brands

Consultation

Your experience begins with a one-on-one consultation: we review your inspiration photos, explore your lifestyle and maintenance preferences, review pricing clearly, and get to know you. Together we’ll map your ideal maintenance schedule and home-care routine tailored for your hair. Please bring with you as many Inspo pictures as you can , it is great visual tool to make your dream hair come true.

Service

This time is all about you. You can choose to chat, bring a book, or plug in your laptop or earphones -whatever makes you feel best.

Checkout

When your service is complete, your stylist will walk you through your checkout, assist with any product or home-care questions, and help you pre-book your next visit if it makes sense.

Aftercare

Our partnership doesn’t end when you leave the salon.Check out our Aftercare Guide for at-home tips and maintenance recommendations. And if you ever have questions—about colour upkeep, your styling routine, or product tweaks—just text us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, let us know within 14 days of your appointment and we’ll invite you back for a complimentary adjustment to get it perfect. We would like to hear from you
